Maintain, Monitor and Ensure high quality in services.

Develop and initiate quality standards for test, inspections and evaluation.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects.

Compile and submit inspection request to consultant and follow up the inspection

Reporting non-conformances in work via issue of NCR to QA/QC for review.

Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates.

Prepare method statement and ITPs in coordination with Senior QA/QA

Quantity Surveyor/Planning Engineer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing, negotiating and analysing Bill of Quantities

Preparing of LOA (Letter of Acceptance)

Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labours costs.

Maintain the current and previous estimation records and referring to it occasionally

Review all tender documents in depth (contract conditions, BOQ, Specification & Tenders Drawing etc.)

Preparing bidding documents.

Estimating the reinforcement, concrete, Formwork with the help of working drawings as per IS1200.

Preparing cost estimation of the project & prepare cash flow accordingly.

Preparing monthly payment list for the labour.

Receiving quotations and making comparisons for finalisation.

MAIN PROJECT : “Experimental investigation of mechanical properties of basalt reinforced concrete” DESCRIPTION : Basalt is a type of igneous rock formed by the rapid cooling of lava at the surface of the planet. The objective is to investigate and compare the compressive, split tensile and flexural strength of basalt fibre reinforced concrete.
