and vertical vessel foundation design.

2)BASF-C2 Debottlenecking(FEED) Port Arthur, Texas, United States

Jul-17 to Sep-17

The project dealt with FEED design & Material Take-Off estimation for the capacity enhancement

of a brown field project involving replacement of exchangers & other equipments with increased &

revised loads. Validating the existing foundations for increased loads and strengthening of the

existing foundation.

3)Valero Refining Texas LP Corpus Christi, Texas, United States

Mar-17 to Jul-17

The project dealt with detailed engineering, design & connection design of Stair Tower (130 ft in

height) & Access Platform (170 ft in height) in Brown Field Area with interface with existing

facilities and Underground Facilities.

4)TESORO Alky Expansion Refining & Marketing Anacortes, Washington, United States

Nov-16 to Mar-17

The project dealt with detailed analysis & design for addition of Valve Access Platform, Lube Oil

Skid, Exchangers & Air Cooler in Brown Field.

5)TESORO Refining & Marketing Company Anacortes, Washington, United States

Clean Products Upgrade Project Oct-15 to Nov-16

The project entails detailed engineering & design, procurement of long lead equipment and

delivery of class 3 estimate for the Anacortes Refinery Tesoro Clean Products Upgrade Project

which includes the replacement of the NHT reactor, the addition of an Isomerisation unit to

support Tier 3 Gasoline production & Mixed Xylene project.

The project was a green field project involved detailed engineering for 1300MT of steel.

7)Suncor Forthills Energy LP North of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada

Utilities & Off sites Aug-14 to Jul-15

Engineering Design Specification phase which included responsibility for the U&O block, together

with an interface management for a plant to be construct to produce 180,000 kbcd of dry bitumen.

The project is EPFC with Fluor providing an integrated solution to the client.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for detail engineering for Civil & Structural items of Modularisation Pipe Racks. Preparation of load calculations and performing analysis of Pipe Racks, Skids for On-site, Barge, Truck & Lifting Analysis.

Seismic Dynamic Analysis for Process Structures & Air-Cooler supporting Pipe Rack using Canadian Code & American Code.

Worked on freezing Foundation Layout with optimised no of piles for pipe racks, skids and module. Foundation Design includes Pile design, Pedestal, Pile Cap Design & Anchor Bolt Ductile Design.

Was also involved in issuing engineering sketches, checking MDS feasibility and drawing checking of MDS in modules.

Was involved in Load Calculation & Equipment Foundation including Vertical Vessel, Horizontal Vessel, Horizontal Exchangers, Stack & Pumps(Static)
