Performance Measurements
As Software Developer, was involved in the design and development of Performance Measurements, which defines the standard set by the public utility commission that SBC needs to meet to comply with section 271 of the Telecommunication Act of 1996. In the event that SBC fails to meet these standards, it must pay performance remedies (penalties) to the corresponding CLECs and/or to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

Understanding the existing system and gaining business knowledge
Creating technical specifications and analysis documents
Participating in the data loading process from production to various test regions and reformatting data depending on requirements
Making changes to bold text messages for AT&T account number using overlay option and preparing the generic billing statement
Drawing masks and defining the group
Creating opt and batch files in Unix and executing batches on the server
Deploying using Smart FTP between various environments
Printing the direction of the line and field skipping and spacing
Creating the PDF format documents using various kinds of messages
Converting the file from mainframe driver file to PC (XML and .dat file)
Preparing pages statement layouts using various AT&T Logos
Printing bar codes to scan various products
Changing the
