Accomplishments

Initiated the development of a Product Application Database to map machine specifications to customer application needs.

Created and expanded a physical training simulator and computer-based training for field service and customers on the company’s line of machines and directed department personnel on further expansion of training materials.

Created a band blade design for industrial slicing machinery resulting in a minimum of 100% improvement in blade life with no loss in yield (results based on customer data and feedback).

Designed, created, implemented, and coordinated a crisis response plan for the company to establish protocols and procedures in the event of a personnel or food safety incident in the field in order to provide customers with timely and accurate response. No other such program is known to exist for OEM’s in the food processing industry.
