I am employed by the biggest nursing home company/industry, in the United States. My primary job is to evaluate and assess each facility and there IDT- T.E.A.M.s, to ensure state and federal compliance, and to make necessary changes if needed. Oversee, Resident Quality of Care and Life, censes, staff, budget, AP/AR, QAPI, Survey readiness and POC, each Department goals and any issues and concerns, and report back to corporate. I may be at a facility from 3 months to a year, depending on the situation. Facility bed’s range from 112 to 200 beds, with ALS-Assistant Living Services.

Directed daily the day to day operations of 160-bed SNF, also providing a 42 bed sub-acute unit, with a 40 bed Independent Living/ Assistant Living, Dementia & Geriatric Care, building, Censes enhancement and development, with emphasis on staff In-Services and education. Quality Care & Life for our residents, is our primary goals.

Implement continuing education, regarding NJDOH New Survey rules and regulations, and past survey results and staff accountability, responsibility and Training, preparing for upcoming NJDOH Survey. Weekly/ Monthly, review of all budget responsibility’s and allocations and analysis, HPPD, staffing, censes development, which was reported to corporate.

Supervise, and delegate all nursing home departments to run effectively and efficiently.

Administrator: Creekview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (Rochester, NY)Jan 2016 to Dec 2017, then they sold the facility.

Directed daily operations of 127-bed SNF providing a 42 bed, new sub acute unit, dementia & geriatric care. Improve, educate, and orchestrate the facilities survey performance TEAM, increased and enforce the importance of the daily census, so the facility could return to profitability. Resolved outstanding and current labor disputes and dramatically improved labor relations, with 1199 union members. Implemented and employ daily rounds program, for all administration TEAM members. Guided culture change initiatives to ensure values-based, resident-first focus, with emphasis on services, competence, safety and accountability. Implement continuing education, regarding DOH New rules and regulations, and survey results and staff accountability, and Training.

Administrator: Riverview Manor & Nursing Rehabilitation (Owego, NY) March 2015 to Dec2015

Was contracted to bring the facility back into compliance.

Managed 80-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility providing care to short and long term residents, and there goals. Overseeing all of the day to day operations and aspects of the nursing facility, 24/7 including but not limited to all federal and state rules and regulations, also facility rules and regulations, policy and procedures, Daily rounds A.M./P.M. Develop, implemented facility closure plan for 350-bed SNF while maintaining daily operations and ensuring quality of resident care throughout closure procedures.
