Monthly forecast preparation with all supporting documentation. Monthly financial results presentation to Platform and discussion of material variances. Special analysis preparation.

Accomplishments:
Develop a cost savings program and measurements tools. Lead the cost savings program with operations personnel. Achieved $5M in cost savings since 2007 to 2013.

Develop Direct Labor productivity report
Reduce physical inventory variance from $2M during 2005 & 2006 to $25k in 2013. Continue working on improvements to inventory control and accuracy.
Implemented a Cycle Count Program across the Vega Baja plant
Lead and implement Kaizen event to moved molds from outside supplier, resulting in increased utilization in the molding area and annual cost savings of $500k
Successful work with company law firm to re-negotiated decree with lower tax rates than previous one
Successful work with Hacienda to finalize a closing agreement on an overpayment of royalties withholding taxes in the amount of $300k
