AIR TEST &EVALUATION SQUARDON TWO-ONE (HX-21), Patuxent River, MD September 2018 - Present

HX-21 is the sole operational test and evaluation squadron for the Navy and Marine Corps, comprised of 6 aviation platforms, 400+ employees across multiple sites tasked with test and evaluation, reliability, maintainability, defense acquisitions, and foreign military sales.

Maintenance Chief and Logistics Supervisor

●Hand selected as the top performing Marine to oversee and manage 200 service members and civilians on the CH-53K test program.

●Implemented trend analysis procedures to identify root causes of failure, cost inefficiencies, and other areas where improvements could be implemented with collaboration and gained efficiency.

●Allocated department manpower to the CH-53K Logistics Demonstration to conduct data package analysis, research, and supervision on over $700 million in technical and functional assets.

●Participated in numerous cross-functional teams and integrated product teams with external, government and industry agencies to analyze future manpower requirements, attrition, and budgeting.

●Monitored earned value management and budgets for internal agency initiatives.

●Directed and coordinated logistical efforts to conduct “proof of concept” demos with multiple agencies and international governments at multiple locations around the country.

MARINE MEDIUM TILTROTOR SQUADRON ONE SIX SIX (VMM-166) August 2014 – July 2018

Served as a Maintenance Controller and Control Chief, responsible for the daily maintenance plan for over 15 MV-22B’s, scheduled, unscheduled maintenance, Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level repairs, modifications, and upgrades to airframes, systems and sub-systems.

Flight Line Division Chief Squadron WTI/ QAR

●Ensured the success of the flight line division daily. Orchestrated and supervised that all Marines have the appropriate qualifications from General Support Equipment, Plane Captain, Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI), Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR).

●Enforced multiple collateral programs within the COMFORNAVINST 4790 to ensure that 200+ Marines in the maintenance department are performing safe, efficient and effective maintenance always.

Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron Two Six Eight (HMM-268) March 2013 – August 2014

Served as the Flight Line Division Chief. Responsible for over 14 CH-46E and 100 Marine maintainers.

Flight Line Division Chief/ WTI/QAR

●Ensured the success of the flight line division daily. Ensure that all Marines have the appropriate qualifications from General Support Equipment, Plane Captain, Collateral Duty Inspector (CDI), Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative (CDQAR).

●Responsible for multiple collateral programs within the COMFORNAVINST 4790 to ensure that 200+ Marines in the maintenance department are performing safe, efficient and effective maintenance.

●Certified all enlisted aircrew to ensure they were performing the flight duties in a safe and effective manor within the NATOPS instruction manuals.

●Verified that the flight line division was prepared for the logistical movement from MCAS Camp Pendleton to MCAS Miramar and for the eventual transition from the CH-46E to the MV-22B.

Marine Corps Recruiter, Recruiting Station Lansing, Michigan January 2010 – January 2013

Performed the duties as a Marine Corps Recruiter, responsible for all administrative matters pertaining to Officer Accessions and was the top performing recruiter in the district.
