Conducting business reviews to ensure members are satisfied with the services.

Letting customers know about other services the company offers.

Carrying out client or members satisfaction surveys and reviews.

Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.

Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

Receive guests and answer their queries, as well as counsel them.

Coordinating and resolving day to day operational issues of the company related with staff, security, Housekeeping and Maintenance.

Reporting all the incident to Managing Director so that if required disciplinary action could be taken timely.

Assisting members for the smooth flow of service.

Answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

Proactively involved in participation of any activity.
