Maintenance contract with western refinery in Gallup nm to fabricate a Alky Isolation valve loops from a main line to a vessel, which consist of 4", 3", 2" and 1" pipe in a HF acid unit for western refinery. Took measurements, field varies the measurements, gathered material of pipe, valves, fittings and fabricated the project from blue prints and welded up carbon pipes. Then were X-ray 100% of the Welds, which were over 200 welds, heat treated, X-ray again and finally hydrostatic tested. Demo all old alky isolation valve loops, installed and completed the project in schedule time.
