Overall Responsibilities:

Monitor the execution of works as per project specifications, approved shop Drawings, Method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures.

Cary out routine inspection of project work( finishing and structural) in accordance with drawings & specification

Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and construction team for the scheduling of the Inspection requests quality Issues,Testes and inspection time

Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.

Verifying the incoming material as per material approval and project specification

Preparing and keeping the record for the Routine inspections, site Surveillance, work progress,NCR SI

Maintaining the Quality logs for each activity and updating Site team, QS & subcontractor about the status of inspections and Material request, NCR,SI

Issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) or SO for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices and Follow up the close out of external and Internal NCR’s.
