Key Result Areas:
Working in Hr Operations team of 14 members managing end to end operations.
Responsible for completing on boarding formalities of employees on direct and contract roles at Allegis. This includes 14 different clients (RPO & MSP) with various process involved to be 100% compliant with on boarding formalities.
Coordinate and finalize first day induction with the internal stakeholders for new joiners. Involved in full day induction program.
Complete Pay roll processing for on boarded employees and enrolment in Medical insurance provided by company. Other additional enrolments includes Meal cards, sign up for all internal employee portal.
Handling day to day query management from business and employees which includes active participation in any performance issues letter provisioning, addressing grievances of employees and routing other department issue with correct SPOC’s.
Responsible for delivering MIS reports with local and global team. MIS reports includes Headcount tracking reports (BU specific), updating and broadcasting of global dashboard includes active, promoted, relocated and exit employees of India region. PeopleSoft reporting, Folklore alignment report, Attendance reporting BU wise, monthly pay roll inputs of all employees, compliance work location report, PWD report for CSR team.
End to end management of exit process for all employees that includes initiating exit mailers to the employee, collection of no dues from all departments and coordinating the closure of the exit. Deactivate PSID and notify to the stakeholders.
Rendering service within agreed SLAs & timeliness and adhering to quality, accuracy & TAT processes; assisting employees with benefit changes and modifying benefits for the cost effectiveness of the company
Supervision for all Audit Related activities with statutory compliance team for preparation of Core Documents for HR Statutory Compliance Audit as per Client Audit Check Lists, ensuring 100% accuracy.
