May-2018 to May-2020 Project: King Portland Centre, 602-620 King St W, Toronto, ON Client: Allied Properties REIT Position: Sr. Project Coordinator Project Value: $140M Project Description: King Portland Centre project was CCDC-5B contract, New build project with the North Part of the building as residential condos (16 stories, 132 suites) and South portion as office spaces (14 stories) including ground floor for restaurants and three levels of underground parking. This building is frame structure construction with curtain walls, window walls, pre-cast, masonry, metal sliding, and louvers envelops including Electrical and Mechanical Utilities.

Responsible for project administration functions including shop drawings control, change management control, Sub trades coordination and other required to progress of the project.

Accountable for preparation of monthly financial reports as per company requirements including cash flow, estimated to complete and estimate at completion, subcontractor liability register and project progress reports.

Participated with Senior Project Manager and superintendent to update the project schedule.

Assisted Senior Project Manager to produced and submit monthly progress billing to clients and ensured that they were certified and paid in a time.
