Duties & Responsibilities

vI have good working experience of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Gas and fieldworks knowledge.

vCorrect unsafe conditions as reported.

vConducting toolbox meeting on daily basis in the premises.

vMaking site routine surveillances.

vPreparing JSA for every new job commencing in the site/

vMaking and filling checklists for all the equipments and vehicles arrived at site to ensure the absolutely safety.

vEnsure that all subordinates follow the work permit procedure.

vConduct daily and weekly safety meetings.

vChecking PPE of site employees to make sure they are in good order.

vPerforming inspection of elevated work location to make no fall hazards and as well as ensure.

vHundred percent fire containment by fire blanket for hot work-welding grinding and Gas cutting etc.

vAttend job progress, Meeting safety co-ordination meeting with safety officer.

vPut necessary safety precaution before starting any job.

vRecording and analysis of information of injury, damage and production loss.

vControl all employees and inspection for safety and give instruction regarding safety. Daily progress report gives to safety Engineer.

vMake daily reports and summit to immediate supervisor.

vPreventing injury to personal, damage plant and equipment.

vConducting training of basic Orientation, fall protection, confined space entry, whole watch and permit receivers.

vChecking hot work permit, confined space entry permit, Elevated work permit, excavation permit.

vDevelop of job safety analysis and hazards Identifications.

vTo educate the supervisors and workers to follow safe working practices.

vPreparation of Accident & Incident reports.

vOrganize, monitor and co-ordinate safety awareness programme, Loss prevention programme at sites.

vConducting weekly toolbox talk all supervisors and Forman.

vReporting unsafe condition to Forman, supervisor or seniors.

vInspection of necessary work permits whenever to begin the job.

vProvide in service fire safety training to employees using power point slides and using portable fire Extinguishers for practical demonstration.

vMake monthly inspection of moving equipments and fire extinguishers ladders etc.

vPrepare daily, weekly and monthly projects safety reports, weekly progress meetings.

vInvestigate all fire safety related incident

vFire prevention of all company activities, testing of smoke and heat detectors

vMaintain all safety related incidents document such as weekly/monthly inspection report; fire extinguishers report investigation reports and injuries reports etc.
