Resume:

I Successfully ran a private General Dentistry practice for seventeen years. Employees consisted of three full time front office workers to schedule appointments, file insurance claims, accept payments, Billings and answering phones. There were also two full time Dental Hygienists to help maintain patient oral healthcare. In addition, I had three full time Dental Assistants to aide me in individual patient care and to free me up to actively treat patients while they finished the more menial tasks.

I was personally responsible for seeing all bills were paid, charts were correctly documented and proper prescriptions protocol was followed.

In my practice, services provided included exams, x-rays, consultations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, full dentures, partial dentures, uncomplicated oral surgery, root canals and cosmetic dentistry, consisting of bleaching and veneers amongst other procedures.

I was injured in a fall in my yard on June 3,1994 that resulted in me having to have multiple spinal surgeries with fixation (screws and bars). I did fully recover until the fixation failed in about 2002-2003. The failure resulted in further damage to the nerve roots in my lower back. This damage made it impossible for me to comfortably sit to work on patients. The pain makes it impossible for me to provide the quality of treatment that I would want in my mouth. Therefore, I could not, in good conscience, put it in their mouths. So I decided it was time to stop working.

Even though I am disabled, I feel that I want to at least try to do something to fight this pandemic. Though I can no longer physically help to fight this demon I still have the capability to think and to help stop this scourge. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. Please allow me to help.
