I am responsible for all Bigge equipment in Utah area as well as shipping and receiving of new equipment. I work with erectors to build up or dismantle tower cranes and man material lifts (elevator). I create PMs and fix, troubleshoot to root cause breakdowns on all cranes rented out and on the equipment in the yard. Troubleshooting 480v and PLCs, CAN bus systems, Profibus systems, contactors and relay logic. Work on hydraulic brake systems. Replace defective parts; load line, sheaves, bearings, gearboxes, motors, electrical contacts, relays, transformers, breakers, joysticks, buttons, screens, load cells, micro switches etc... Schedule inspections for equipment with local government agencies. Schedule inspections for NDT of equipment prior to erection and repair or replace anything needed for safety and integrity of piece. Lead erection and dismantle crews.

Perform work on breakdowns for starch systems, multiple conveyor systems, stretch wrappers, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to repair with as minimum downtime as possible.
