JOB DESCRIPTION:

I. Area Operations

a)Conducts daily sales follow-up with sellers

b)Sales acceptance

Responsible for accepting reservation agreement and ensures accuracy of information and completion of all required documents.

Handles accounts with special requests thru processing of SACM and request letters to joint ventures partners.

Monitors approval of top management on seller’s / buyers’ request in coordination with Accounts Management Group, Office of the Sr. Executive Vice President and office of the Director.

Responsible for the issuance of Acknowledgement Receipt and Provisional Receipt for reservation payments.

c)Inventory Management

Conducts monthly clean-up of inventory per project based on the closed sales, re-opened lots and hold lots.

Ensures the accuracy of the inventory system vis-a-vis actual records (i.e. sales registry, control map, hold logbook, etc.)

Responsible for screening and processing requests for holding.

Coordinates with various departments to ensure consistency of information in the computer system.

d)Activity Implementation

Responsible for the detailed logistics preparation for all area sales activities which includes but is not limited to the following:

Cash advances, reimbursements and liquidation

Confirmation of attendees and sales commitment

Reservation of clubhouse / activity venue

Coordination with suppliers and caterers (i.e. tent, table, chairs etc.)

Coordination with marketing Support Group regarding venue set-up / dress-up

Facilitates all sales activities of the area which includes but not limited to the following:

Saturation – caddying of sellers

Open House / Buyer’s Day

Sales Clinic / Project Presentation

Brokers Visit

Corporate Presentation

Handles information dissemination and massive campaign of sales activities, promos and other significant announcements

e)Customer Satisfaction

Screens, process and monitors requests for vehicle and sales & marketing collaterals

Attends to the various requests of sellers and buyers which includes but not limited to the following:

Proposal Letter

Sample Computations

Project Information

Exclusive and special training seminars

Lot dimensions

f)Project

Conducts monthly site inspection and prepares corresponding report

Conduct research and gathers information regarding competitor and market trends
