Monitor the data received from stores and sync it on daily basis to extract reports from EDSS (Enterprises Decision Support System).

Identify and rectify the issue of the stores which has not transferred the data to server.

Prepare Pizza Inn and Freshberry D2D, W2D, M2D, Y2D and comparison of Sales accordingly.

Generate & Prepare Revenue reports (Sales, Discount, Credit Card, Complimentary, Promotions and Loyalty programs reports) for Finance Dept.

Generate & Prepare reports for Product mix, Home Delivery, SOS (Speed of Service) and Cash incentives for call center Agents & Store Counter Sales person.

Forward Generated reports to respective departments at the early hours.

Update stores for any new product, promos & Price changes.

Double check Inventory (QC) files for Costing Purpose on Weekly & Monthly basis and Update the Inventory files to stores as well.

Configuring Employee Access in Aloha System and loading the same to respective stores for smooth operation.
