Daily interaction with hotel managers, such as the Housekeeping Director or Restaurant Operation Director to schedule maintenance repairs to minimize as much as possible the impact on the guest’s experience
Respond to daily work order requests and dispatch technician by order of priority or urgency
Respond to emergency situations that might compromise the health and safety of hotel guests and employees, granting decision making authority without having to consult with the Chief Engineer
