Project Description : The project aims to migrate the existing enrollment data flow from CMS Federal Facilitated Marketplace to new formed State Based Marketplace for the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

• Lead the offshore team through the complete project life cycle and delivering to the customer on time.

• Conducted meetings with business users and SMEs to identify and gather various functional and non-functional requirements along with onshore counter parts.

• Analyzed the business requirements and segregated them into high level and low-level use cases and flow diagrams for the technical team.

• Acted as a liaison between the onshore team and offshore team, to help synchronize the different stake holders on their objective to clear out picture of the project.

• Developed the critical flows for the implementation, which involved the routes creation, business rule creation, and writing different stored procedures to identify the transaction which needs to be worked on.

Project Description : The project aimed at automating the current payer enrollment system for both the Federal Market Place as well as the commercial business. Project aimed to minimize rejections rates from New York State Exchange and thus stopping the financial leaks. Additionally, using the HIX and ENR product in same servers it helped the customer’s IT team to manage the enrollment system for their State Exchange and Commercial accounts in a single platform, with better end-to-end UI visibility. Also, the project aimed to provide the reconciliation process with their backend system which would help the business in keeping the record clean and help better customer service

Role and Responsibilities

• Involved in installation of the Edifecs Specbuilder, Edifecs Application Manager, Edifecs XEngine along with XEServer, Transaction Management and on top of it the Edifecs HIX solution suite in a distributed environment.

• Integrating Edifecs’ Transaction Management and the IBM WebSpehere

• Development of custom business logic and getting it integrated with the standard guideline to validate the HIPAA mandated rules.

• Creating custom flow routes for backend flows and pre-processing flows.

The implementation included the Trading Partner setups and developing the custom business requirements for the Medicaid Enrollments. Role and Responsibilities

• Integrated the complete solution using Edifecs XEngine functionality and java code.

• Responsible for onboarding the new customer and its different trading partners. This include creation of the inbound and outbound Guideline, maps, business rules, sFTP set-up, routes creation for file flow.

• Responsible for designing integrated HIPPA, Medicaid solution and QNXT.

• Created SQL stored procedures to implement the custom reports and integrated it with the Edifecs XEngine functionality.
