• Handle sites, plan day to day works, Schedule and order materials and equipment timely as required.
• Work in liaison with consultant, MEP engineer and sub-contractors.
• Collect clearance certificate from MEP engineer, Sub-contractors etc. when needed.
• Prepare work programme for projects by using MS Project and execute works based on that.
• Track project progress and take corrective action to avoid any delay.
• Examine tender drawings thoroughly and prepare Bill of Quantities, evaluate and claim for variations.
• Estimate quantities of concrete and other materials as per specifications when needed.
• Providing technical advice to foreman and solving problems if any.
• Assisting project manager and taking advice from him.
• Prepare work drawings or other details and provide it to foreman, subcontractor etc.
• Prepare daily, monthly reports of the project.
• Arranging, attending meetings with client, consultant, sub-contractors to discuss programme and progress of the work, to clear technical issues, to take various approvals, etc.
• Arrange Surveyor, coordinate with them and check the survey drawings.
• Schedule laboratory tests, submit samples and keep test reports in site.
