Job Summary – As an offshore employee directly reporting to the National Work Health and Safety Manager, Isabel assists in the implementation of work health and safety (WHS) management system across 550+ restaurants. Also, she supports the People Team in reference check, recruitment assistance to the restaurants, job offer and other onboarding documentation, in-store experience of new starters, org chart maintenance, performance management, various reward programs communications and implementation, employee relation statistics report, policy administration, e-learning modules preparation in World Manager platforms, reset password in Payroll system, monthly stats report updates on Board and Executive Report and other admin tasks. Responsibilities include the following:

Work Health & Safety

o Respond to reported WHS incidents (accidents/injures/COVID- 19 related) in a timely manner thru email or call and provide information on control measures to prevent incident reoccurrence. o Produce significant incident report summary weekly with statistics and graphs on incident types, total number of incidents and number of closed out incidents year-to-date and submit to the Group Executive Team.

o Generate and maintain accurate WHS performance indicators monthly (WHS statistics) for the People Team’s Board Report.

o Produce accurate WHS reports throughout the month e.g. WHS compliance and performance reports. o Update Incident Reporting system i.e., questions, answer options, distribution list, etc. where required. o Assist in the implementation and administration of WHS initiatives and programs. o Facilitate and assist in WHS incident investigations where required. o Maintain accurate records of WHS communications. o Update the chemical register and email suppliers on the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of all chemicals used in all restaurants.

o Update the contractor register with the newly approved contractor details, email or call contractors on their updated business insurances and file their documents in the system. Recruitment and Selection

o Conduct reference check of Australian applicants (positions include HR Coordinator, Regional Training Consultant, ER Advisor, Project Administrator, QA Coordinator, New Product Development Assistant, Head of Marketing, Digital Brand Manager, Receptionist). o Assist in forwarding the recruitment requirements of all restaurants to Explore Careers (AU career & employment program).

o Create job offer and prepare onboarding documents for newly hired in restaurant support center. o Liaise with Business Consultants, Franchise Partners and Hiring Manager on the in-store experience of new starters.

o Update the whole company’s organizational chart by adding new starters and removing terminated employees.

Performance Management

o Record all Performance review and KPI forms semi- annually. o Create letters on semi annual performance reviews with the salary re-alignment details. o Facilitate the nomination in different reward programs in all restaurants and restaurant support centers across Australia.

o Distribute communications during the nomination period thru different channels (Facebook group, World Manager platforms, brand e-magazines) and across all brands. o Liaise with all Business Consultants on their chosen winner per quarter across all brands. o Prepare master list in Excel, certificates, letters, presentation and order gift cards for the winners. Employee Relations

o Record ER Helpline calls in Salesforce.

o Produce Employee Relations statistics report monthly for the People Team’s Board Report. o Maintain the company’s Policy register, forward any policies due for review 2 months before due date to the assigned department or brand.

o Upload the updated or any new policy in the system. Learning

o Create Training modules in the World Manager platform and monitor progress in specific campaigns. Payroll

o Reset password and enable accounts of employees in the Payroll system (Preceda) as needed. o Track HR Invoices.


o Acts as Assistant to the Chief People Officer in reminding the whole team’s updates on the Board Report and Executive Report which is done monthly.

o And other ad hoc tasks as needed.
