My View of Reliability:
Reliability management is an on-going process which delivers optimised process for Monitoring & Maintenance and Ensure Higher operational life. The role of reliability engineer is to design reliability plan and ensure effective implementation and use of the same.
My future plan is to work with continuous process industry / Heavy industry in reliability engineering department and work for plant asset optimisation by using various tools of reliability.
To work with an organization as condition monitoring and reliability engineer to reduce the downtime and enhance the life of the equipment by using various reliability tools.
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Avanti Institute of Engineering & Technology, JNTUK, Vizianagaram, A.P, India graduated with First class with distinction in 2018.
Major Training Attended:
1.Under going ISO 18436-2 Cat – II vibration analyst certification training.
2.15 days Certification training on “Engine remanufacturing” by APSRTC zonal workshop, Vizianagaram, India.
3.Design and Fabrication of SOLAR ELECTRIC CAR project.

Job Profile: Executive – Vibration Analyst
I joined MVS ACMEI TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. as Vibration Analyst and placed at client - HPCL Company, Visakhapatnam, A.P, India to monitor the asset health and its optimisation.
My prime responsibilities are:
Carry out daily vibration data by using tools CSI 2130 / 2140, data analysis and generate finding report on critical equipment.
Carry out plant Inspection to check all operating parameters of rotating equipment and identify potential issue back to report through SAP with recommendation / corrective action.
Build and manage the data base of rotating equipment as condition monitoring perspective.
Review and monitoring of rotating equipment condition including vibration data, lube oil results and utilizing other critical operating process data such as Pressure, Temperature, Flow & Load parameters to determine overall equipment healthiness.
Enhance rotating equipment reliability utilizing condition monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting activities.
Participate in installation, commissioning and start-up of rotating equipment to ensure quality of work to prevent consequences.
Conduct performance tests of rotating assets to ensure their operation within the acceptable range.
Collaboration with operations and maintenance personnel, Reliability Specialists and Central planners to prioritize repairs to identified equipment deficiencies.
Working with planners on effective maintenance planning, scheduling and participate in meetings to provide vibration and lubrication analysis reports to aid in setting shutdown schedules.
