Personal Profile
I graduated in 2000 with a MSN, family nurse practitioner tract at UNCW. I moved to Indiana to work at a state funded family planning clinic in Lafayette. The clinic lost funding soon after, and I decided to teach nursing school as that had always been one of my goals. I moved back to North Carolina and worked in Outcomes Management at Craven Regional in New Bern. I decided to take the ANCC exam for family nurse practitioner and passed in October 2008, and began working as a FNP in March, 2009.
