Working with London Hydro Electric, I negotiated to have the power remain on for an extra two hours, while cordoning off the area of the parking lot for safety, until a new pole arrived. This allowed Metro grocery store to move all frozen goods to their diesel powered freezers and reduce their lose to under $ 3,000. Coordinated with the Mall Tenants to close the Mall for 4 hours while the electrical power was off and the pole replaced.
Capital budget for $400,000 roof repair, accept quotations, review and negotiate contract. Follow through with roof replacement, working with trades and tenants for a smooth operation.
Capital budget for parking lot repaving and lighting, budget $200,000. Walk site with contractors to obtain quotations. Follow through with contractor to oversee work was done to specification and with the least inconvenience to Tenants.
Received quotation for essential maintenance contract, reviewed quotation and negotiated contracts for buildings using forced air roof top units, chillers and boiler in water systems and electronic and filtered air cleaning systems.
Built out office/retail areas for to Tenant's specification. Working with engineers on build out of office space to meet Tenant site plans. Meet the Trades (HVACs', plumper's, electricians, dry waller's) on requirement. Communicating needs to contractors and subs to have work completed in a timely manner.
