JOB ROLES:

(1). Ensure correct functioning of the factory quality including safety, availability of equipment and training of technicians and proper documentations.

(2) Ensure adequate analytical competence to perform requires analyses and adequate monitoring of methods.

(3). Participate in market survey audit for product category for consumers and their satisfaction

(4). Conduct routine verification of laboratory results record and trend analysis for accuracy and precision.

(6) Ensuring non-conforming products are identified, investigated and placed blocked until final decision.(7).Ensure food safety HACCP plan is adhered to at all times.

(8). Coordinated entrance quality control/assurance of incoming materials (cocoa beans, AGO, packaging materials and so on).

(9). Ensuring good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and quality specification management

(10). Liaised with the automation and instrumentation unit for the installation, maintenance, calibration and servicing of analytical equipment.
