Development of Internal Security Force (ISF) Camp, Duhail, Qatar - The Development of Internal Security Force

(Lekhwiya) Camp (ISFC) is a large scale mixed-use project located in Duhail and adjacent to the Qatar University Campus plot along the Arab League Street. The project features a great number of buildings associated with a military use character in addition to ancillary facilities providing support to the main activities. The total count of current buildings for the entire camp including all uses and activities stands currently at approximately 325 units. The built up area is approximately 1.5 million SQM and the total site area is about 4,000,000 SQM. The camp mostly comprises various types of barracks, stores, guardhouses, head-quarters and military-staff-lodging buildings. However, the project entertains a variety of additional buildings and structures, such as a 150-bed hospital, prisons, mosques, residential, equestrian camp, workshops, training installations, parades, police buildings, etc, in addition to extensive landscaped areas, parking and general infrastructure. TSE Polishing Treatment (Reverse Osmosis RO) Plant, Aspire Zone, Doha, Qatar - Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) Polishing Treatment Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant in Aspire Zone is to polish Ashghal’s TSE water received from Doha West Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Treated Effluent (TE) will be used for irrigation, cooling tower and Aspire Park Lake. The TSE polishing RO plant is designed to produce a net volume of 15,000 cubic meters of polished water all year long. However, the plant will be running at 15,000 cubic meters of capacity production in summer and at 5,000 cubic meters of capacity production in winter. The total project area is 5025 square meters and the total construction area is 2948 square meters. Expansion of Aspire Academy, Aspire Zone, Doha, Qatar - Aspire Academy Expansion project will be a new landmark of one of the world's most important sports training centers, the project will revolutionize the method in soccer training by establishing a unique modern facilities and techniques, which was designed & built under the close supervision of Aspire. Aspire Park Edutainment Complex (KIDZANIA), Aspire Zone - With a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 7,720 sqm. and a Gross Command Area (GCA) of 10,985 sqm, ASPIRE PARK EDUTAINMENT COMPLEX is an entertainment Centre anchored by the leading kids brand KidZania, in addition to a variety of restaurant and coffee shop outlets on an indoor arcade. The building rectangular volume with a constant height of 13.55 meters up to the parapet and with corners trimmed at a 45 and 60 angle to improve visibility and pedestrian accessibility. Multi-Purpose Hall (Ali Bin Hamad Al Attiyah Complex) at Al Sadd Sports Club, Doha, Qatar - The Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) has the intention to construct an Olympic multipurpose hall for (Handball, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Rhythmic Gymnastics and International ICE RINK) sports.
