• Additive Engineering lead for UC Health COVID-19 task force to create NIH approved PPE for local hospitals in need.

• Design lead and Methods section author of research paper with team of neurosurgeons to be co-owner of paper and patent (pending) on a possible groundbreaking spinal fusion technique called endonasal OCF.

R&D Design Engineer – Full Time (co-op)

• Designed electro-mechanical assemblies in Solidworks using finite element analysis, multiple design constraints, and injection molding modeling techniques, designing all CAD in Solidworks and transferring them to Teamcenter.

• Made How-To printing tutorials that will save hundreds of hours of wasted labor for future co-ops or employees that do not know essential CAD techniques to build medical device testing fixtures. (~$4,000 yearly labor cost savings)

• Collaborated with cross functional project teams to ensure 3D printing effectiveness and gave helpful feedback for different prototypes, fixtures, and assemblies.

Digital Fabrication Laboratory – University of Cincinnati Summer 2017 – Present Additive Manufacturing Engineer – Full Time/Part Time (co-op)
