My background includes extensive operating and maintenance experience with surface mining, four ammonia plants, three ammonium nitrate solution plants, five nitric acid plants, two urea plants, a 525MW gas fired power plant, fluorine production, two food manufacturing facilities, packaging, and ammonia refrigeration plants. I have trained, operated, or managed each one of these facilities. As my resume details, I have extensive experience in the ammonia production industry, food manufacturing, surface mining, and power plants. I have also worked on the construction and commissioning of many of these plants listed above. I have been the primary contact to negotiate new service agreements, this resulted in a 1.6-million-dollar savings. I have trained and mentored supervisors to set expectations and push accountability down. I also have experience as a Process Safety Management coordinator. I have built two PSM systems. While working in the food industry I increased yield, increased productivity, decreased downtime from 23% to 4% while building a great team for future success.
