Responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, pursuing operational excellence, analytical decisions, strategic procurement and managing an $80 MM procurement budget.

Project Lead for global inventory data cleaning/scrubbing and integrity process for 27K SKU’s, identifying $15 MM excess/obsolete inventory, 4.3K SKU’s erroneous or duplications requiring correction or removal.
Developed and wrote SOP’s for global standardization, materials purchased, received, issued and inventory processes.
Project lead for implementation and operational integration of new Widows-based, MS SYNC CMMS and ERP systems.
