I have MSc degree in Geography and B. Ed with 13 years of teaching experience including 08 years in Dubai. I have done TESL certification from KHDA approved institute in Dubai. I have 09 years of experience of teaching primary / secondary and higher secondary level students in Dubai.
I am glad to inform you that I hold Notice of Appointment issued by KHDA in Feb 2016 confirming my appointment / eligibility as Geography teacher. I have an exposure of teaching in American curriculum for around three years as class teacher of primary and as a subject teacher in secondary section. I left the job in February 2018 because my husband got transferred to Bahrain. At present I am working in GEMS school as LSA for primary and secondary sections since January 2019.
Around 13 years of teaching experience in different curriculums, sections and grades has provided me wonderful opportunity of adopting different styles of teaching as per requirement of the students and curriculum. I have ability to connect with the students, build relationship and transfer knowledge in most appropriate way which suite the understanding level of the students. I understand that in a group of students, everyone has different skill set and understanding level therefore while working with them I make sure that I pay special attention to the students which need extra support. I am familiar with new techniques and latest technology and have been using the same to help students develop clear understanding of the subject.
