This involved the creation of training program and its presentation to large and small groups, on Automobile Total Loss Valuation Software usage. Also provided client follow up support onsite and online to client service centres in Manitoba.
Marsh Canada Inc./Aon Reed Stenhouse: Managed complex commercial property/liability, construction and transportation claims valued up to $12M, reviewing and interpreting insurance policies to ensure timely and accurate payments. Adjusted claims as necessary and negotiated settlements to minimize claims impact. Also developed claims reporting protocol to identify clients with high claims.
