Solera/Audatex: Sole service provider for large Manitoba client. This involved the creation of training program and its presentation to large and small groups, on Automobile Total Loss Valuation Software usage. Also provided client follow up support onsite and online to client service centres in Manitoba.

Marsh Canada Inc./Aon Reed Stenhouse: Managed complex commercial property/liability, construction and transportation claims valued up to $12M, reviewing and interpreting insurance policies to ensure timely and accurate payments. Adjusted claims as necessary and negotiated settlements to minimize claims impact. Also developed claims reporting protocol to identify clients with high claims.

Crawford & Company: Managed large volumes of claims (up to 100 simultaneously), generating revenue of ~$100K/year while maintaining a ~100% customer satisfaction rating. Handled all lines of insurance claims, including tort bodily injury, rehabilitation case management and property damage claims.
