During my time as a PCC and as an Assistant Director of Care, I was able to integrate myself into a leadership role. This allowed me to administer and manage to the needs of the hospital on a daily basis. I integrated well within all units to identify areas of support and mentoring. I was able to utilize my skills in management to ensure all areas operated smoothly and without difficulty. I was able to adapt and manage the daily stressors involved in the hospital wide management. I am skilled in the implementation and quality measure for clients with dementia, mental health disease processes and or a combination of both.
