Manage the main Contractor to ensure all construction operations and work areas are safe and all employees are working in a safe and responsible manner.

Strictly implement company’s Health, Safety & Environment Plan, Procedures and Guidelines in compliance of the main Contractor and its subcontractors.

Conduct review/approval of Contractor HSE Plan, COSHH & Risk Assessment, KPI’s, and emergency procedures to ensure its suitability and effectiveness.

Monitors and follow the main Contractor’s compliance and adherence to their HSE Plan and Programs to ensure it was enforced and effectively implemented.

Regularly inspects construction job sites to detect and direct Contractor for the immediate corrective actions and implementation of safety control measures.
