Assistant manager of a large restaurant within a reputable hotel chain. Responsible for the introduction and implementation of new policies designed to improve standards and ensure staff are current and competent in their duties.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring staff are highly trained to a common syllabus
Analysing Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) to identify areas for improvement
