Duties & Responsibilities

Enter data of production in system through IFS-Application (ERP)

Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database system using keyboard

Update existing data

Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

Create spreadsheet with large numbers of figures without mistake

Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.

Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions

Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas

Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks.

Bag, box, wrap, or gift-wrap merchandise, and prepare packages for shipment

Compute and record totals of transactions.
