Devon Energy building interactive data visualization business solutions for Drilling, Completions and Financials divisions. Enabled data visibility at Division, Business Unit, Pad and Well Level by operation types and capex allocations. Visualization are built with ability to compare Allocations vs Field Estimates Vs Actuals to analyze actuals trending to forecast.

The enabling platform of choice was SAP/CO, SAP S4 HANA, Informatica, MS-SSAS, MS-Power BI and Team Foundation Server to track all work associated. Accenture was engaged to implement and maintain all processes. The team consisted of a team onshore and offshore.
