Almost 11 years in construction & oil & gas industry in the field of Civil & Mechanical related to Health & safety management plans and overseeing the implementation of the same as per the guidelines, conducting safety inspections/audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field auditing for compliance. Overseeing establishment, certification and maintenance of the system and the required documents as per environmental management system.

Conducting regular tool box talk to the work force and Assist Engineer / Foreman / Performing Authority in task briefing.

Responsible to control HSE related activities of all working areas and subcontractors engaged at work location.

Conducting PTW Audit & Behavior Safety Audit on a regular basis at site.

Advice employees of hazardous conditions / concerns or near- miss incidents.

Monitor adequate Fire and Safety equipment is available at the work site.

Ensures a safety watch is present during any hazardous operations or task performed.

Monitoring working at height activities.

Ensures confined space procedures are compiled during the confined space entry.

Ensure Waste Management Control as per ADNOC procedure.
