Functional Summary:-

Coordinate with the Divisional Managers regarding the work execution.

Scheduling of work and arranging sub-contracting.

Coordination with other services regarding project job execution. Submitting project handing over documents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervising electrical staff and coordinating the daily activities of the electrical department.

Scheduling work to be done for the day

Providing leadership continues improvement, decision making and conflict-resolutions.

Writing up and submitting daily activity reports and weekly and monthly progress reports.

Contacting outside vendors for parts or when requiring technical supports.

Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available to start the Electrical activities

Co-ordination of Electrical, Telephone, CATV, Fire Detection & Protection System HVAC and Medical Gas Piping system.

Avoid construction delays by efficiently following through with all site inspections.

Ensuring adherence to all applicable HSE policies.

Carry out all planned site inspections as per the commented points as marked / mentioned in the relevant drawings and standards.

Preparing the relevant documents to conduct the testing inspection.

Active involvement in weekly meetings with the Project management team& QC supervisor and manager to resolve the site related issues.
