Outpatient clinic nurse which provided treatment, education, and surgical preparation for diabetic, vascular, and trauma patients. Treatment plans included use of unna boots, profore wraps, wound vacs, ostomy application, and basic wound medication application with dressings. During this time I was taught how to apply a total diabetic foot cast and was the overflow for the casting room. I assisted the floor wound care nurse in the hospital on occasion with high patient volume.
