Implementing policies and procedure of Receiving
Receiving Goods of Local and Overseas Suppliers.
Confirm the waybill, Purchase Orders, Seal numbers
on seals, ordered quantity etc.
Conducting Physical Inspection.
Quality and Quantity check of delivered goods.
Labeling of material.
Send sample of quarantined material to Lab for
further processing.
Receiving and transacting inter Plant transfer.
Check the Order number, supplier, goods supplied and quantity match.
Check for damages.
Check that the seal number on the documents match
the one on the truck.
Quarantine newly arrived Inventory.
Send Invoices, delivery notes and GRN’s to Finance Department.
