This is focus on suggesting a proper location of extra shear Wall to reduce the torsional effects. By this we know the proper positioning of extra shear walls to avoid torsional effects caused by the earthquake.

We can compare the values of shear forces and bending moments for the buildings with and without shear walls.We can also compare and study of the fundamental mode shape of the structure with and without shear walls.
