2M Company is a wholesale distributor in the water well industry. I was given the task to grow my territory annually with new customers, as well as maintaining current relationships. I maintained “container accounts,” as well. This was offsite inventory that was stored on a customer’s property. I set them up with product, organized them, coached the customer on its functions, and showed how we would get orders. I was tasked with weekly sales call reports, sales plans, expense reports, as well as keeping up with our AR reports. I traveled daily, sometimes overnight, to show new products, inform customers of sales and promotions, as well as troubleshooting, and quoting water well systems. I have great customer service skills and my biggest accomplishment, is earning the trust of the customers that I had. I grew my territory rapidly and efficiently.
