A talented and enthusiastic competent office assistance who has experience of the daily upkeep of all areas within both medium and big organization. Helping to make tea, coffee etc for my seniors in the office and keeping of office file for proper record and future references. Having a ‘can do’ attitude and able to ensure that all assignment given to me are carried out with or without supervision to a high standard. Physically fit and able to perform demanding duties such as making of tea, coffee, keeping of files, greeting and welcoming of customers in front of reception, and running an errand for my senior staffs. Working as part of a team and responsible for various office duties to ensure the day to day activities in the shop. Complying with all proper safety policies and procedures when discharging my duties. Making sure that COSHH regulations are adhered to on the use of chemicals, protective clothing and equipment when the need be.

Duties

. Preparing Tea and coffee for my senior staffs and serving as at when due.

Arranging all office machinery to maintain orderliness.

Taking account of some office record as direct by my boss when the need be.

Ensuring that no customers are left unattended .

Responsible for carrying my boss bags to and fro his car during resumption and closing hours .

Taking care of all office equipment.

Making sure windows and doors are securely closed.

The emptying of all waste bins and removing waste to designated areas.

Preparing meals

Cleaning bed rooms, sitting room area and also washrooms and lavatories.

Maintenance of all interior surface, fixtures and fittings.

Maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Replenishing office supplies.

Reporting any defective equipment or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
