V Spa Hotel and Conference centre January 2018 — July 2018

Hotel administrator- Tartu, Estonia.

Working 4 days a week and 12 hour shifts (including the nightshifts). My main task was to give the best service to the customers and make them feel as welcome as possible. Also I had to do some minor tasks such as maintaining the coffee machines and providing special room service. I learned how to stay positive in mentally intense situations within a fast paced environment and how to make even the most unhappy guests feeling comfortable.

RAC Karri Valley Resort February 2019 - August 2019

Maintenance hand - Beedelup, Western Australia.

A beatiful resort in Western Australia with lots of nature and wildlife. Working 5-6 days a week and the shifts were 8 hours long. My job included trimming in the bush, minor repairs in the chalets, plumbing performance, preparing fireplace for the customers in cold days and to keep clean around the resort. I learned how to operate various power tools such as electric hedge trimmer, gas string trimmer, blower and chainsaw.
