Maintaining Files & Records of various types, composing e-mails, letters and memoranda in response to incoming e-mails and doing other type of correspondence
Preparation of Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing list, G.R.Form, GSP Form “A”, Bill of Lading and calculating CBM of orders etc.
Preparation of Bank Realisation Certificates etc.
Preparation of Pre Shipment & Post Shipment Documents.
Networking with the overseas clients and informing them about the shipment of the goods as well as tracking & realising payments from overseas buyers through L/C, T/T as the payment terms.
Preparation of Bank Negotiation documents as per Letter of Credit & buyers requirement and forward the shipment details to the buyer
Coordinating with the customers & obtaining feedback on the samples sent to them. Interacting with internal department for various day to day activities and to acquire information on various orders processing progress to update the customer on the same.
Dealing with DGFT for MEIS, Advance Licences as well as EPCG License.
