-Supervises and backs up personnel related issues, in addition to handling the formal communication with the labor office, and preparing all required papers for the annual audit of the labor law to ensure all labor law requirements are fulfilled

-Handles Gulf employees HR & Admin issues such as benefits, and end of service payment calculations and fully accountable for the payroll and contracts to make sure all Gulf labor law related matters are accurate and compliant

-Handles leavers payments and settlement of all cash related issues such as variables, deductions, etc and handles all communication with leavers and the planned payment dates to make sure they are well informed with their payments and that all payments are settled accurately
