Sr Project Manager – Agile (contractor)

Sr Project Manager (Agile) on a project at KPMG to create a Medicaid Government Price Reporting engine for pharmaceutical clients on the Azure cloud. This involves the refactoring and migration of SQL code onto Azure, the creation of an orchestration tool, and a Tableau based dashboard.

Project Manager (Agile) on a project to automate IAM scripts and utilizing an off the shelf solution for dashboarding purposes. Documented use cases and requirements. Created project plans using JIRA.

Managed a project to review and transition an Operations Support team. This included hosting review sessions with vendors on proposed SOWs, identifying and proposing remediation of gaps on the SOPs, and tying performance to SOW, SLAs, and SOC controls.
