Precast Factory at Mossafah – ICAD II:

The project at the Precast Factory in Mossafah included the construction of the pilings, pilecaps and the suspension of a ground slab. The project also consisted of the construction of a 340,000 gallon underground water tank, and the construction of the main building for the factory (including the ground floor and the Mezzanine), using a steel structure.

400/220 KV Substation at Sewihan:

The project at the Substation in Sewihan included the extension of the 220KV GIS building, construction of a 400KV GIS building, the construction of a new transformer bay and external trenching for cables, cable pites, cable ducts adjacent to the existing services and structures. The project also included the layout of the oil drainage pipe “GRP” from the new transformer bay to the existing oil tank, and the modification work to the R.C. walls of the transformer bays for extension purposes.

Tabreed Plant at Marina Mall:

The project at the Tabreed Plant at the Marina Mall included the construction of pilings into the break water area, put in a 500,000 gallon underground water tank, the construction of the main building for chilling units, the construction of a steel shade structure above the ground floor, and the erection of polished precast panels.

This project consisted of the construction of a complex of thirty villas, each including the raft foundation, basement, ground floor, first floor, and a swimming pool.

EXT. OF 220/33 KV Grid Substation at Al Hayer:

The project at the Grid Substation in Al Hayer included the extension of a 220KV GIS building and a 33KV GIS building including its basement, the construction of a HVAC room on the roof of the 11KV control building, the construction of a new transformer bay and the external trenching for cables, cable pites, and cable ducts, adjacent to the existing services and structures. The project also included the layout of a oil drainage pipe “GRP” from the new transformer bay to the existing oil tank, and the modification work to the existing R.C. walls of the transformer bays and a 33KV basement for extension purposes.

The project at the Grid Station in Abu Bhabi included the construction of a new 500MV transformer bay and a new 40MV transformer bay including the modification work to existing R.C. slabs and walls of the existing building for cable entry.

Desalination Plants "R.A.K" for "ADWEA":

This project included the construction of a 400KV GIS building, a 132KV GIS building, two 500MVA transformer bays in the control building, the external trenching of cables, and the construction of the external roads.

Construction of 6 Villas in "Abu Dhabi":

This project consisted of the construction of a 400KV building, a 132KV building, the control building, the transformer bays, the boundary wall, and the trenching of the exterior cables. Also, supervision of the raft foundation, superstructure, and a few finishing items.

1 MGPD Desalination Plant in "Delma" Island FOR "ADWEA":

The project at the Desalination Plant in Delma Island included the installation of two desalination plants on pile caps, the construction of a control building and a product water building, the construction of a seawater pump house, and the installation of GRP intake pipes in a brine fall out structure with 1.50KM GRP pipes.
