Provide the leadership role in administrative duties.

Coordination of internal and external meetings.

Schedule, prepare agenda for, take, transcribe and compose minutes of executive level meetings.

Provide ongoing “business-as-usual” continuity in their absence. This includes providing screening and referrals in response to daily inquiries.

Assist in coordinating and promoting University and Church events (Baccalaureate Mass, Mass of the Holy Spirit, retreats, community service events, etc.)

Electronically approve/decline requests for use of venues under the department’s purview.

Assist the Director of Campus Ministry in training and supervising all student Campus Ministers.
