Created reporting and analytics solutions to deliver insightful analysis and support high-level decision making to provide trend analysis and interpretations for risk adjustment, financials, and quality management implications.

Able to understand the terms and know the formulas for things such as Project to Date(PTD), Month to Date(MTD), Effort, Revenue, Costs, Work in Progress(WIP), Backlogs, Effort to Complete or Effort at Completion, Percent Complete, Variances, Rolling Averages both monthly and yearly, Budgets and Yearly Budgets, End of Month and End of Year processing, Workflow Routing for various accept/reject/edit scenarios, and batch processing.

SharePoint usage is also prominent for deploying InfoPath forms as well SSRS reports. Managed subscriptions for SSRS monthly bursts to Project, Department, VP, and Business Unit Managers. Created ETL processes in SSIS that would pull data(CAML query filters and SharePoint adapters) from SharePoint list/libraries for data normalization and pump it back into SQL server.

All of the aforementioned SharePoint, InfoPath, and SSRS work has given me great proficiency with XML, XPATH, XSLT, CAML, and PowerShell.
